Alanton dues are only $25. Dues help to pay for necessities like insurance and taxes, the maintenance of the entrance gardens and the bulletin board, and they also fund special neighborhood activities throughout the year such as:
- 4th of July Parade- the best around!
- Support of Community Events (The Holiday Food Drive)
- Phase two of the Alanton Park landscaping project
- Publishing/Mailing the Alanton Directory
- Special Projects such as the Monarch Waystation Garden
